Momma it's summer, it's very hot...
No bundling, No swaddling as It can cause fever to me...
Actually mumma, my system to control temperature is maturing. You sweat a lot when you feel hot and your body cools down by sweating...
But I do not sweat as you do, so my temperature rises...
It can make me slow, lethargic and I can even throw seizures...
I do have sweat glands, even more than what you have... But my function is yet developing...
Keep me in a cool environment, if you do not feel cold, same I also do not feel... Keep me in same temperature...
If still I have fever, go to my doctor and rule out infection.

Statue / freeze ..
We as children learn so much from different game.
As 'Statue' is one game which we used to enjoy a lot in our childhood .
It is very good game for children who are hyperactive or with poor concentration . We can modify their behaviour through this game easily. Start with a few seconds 'freeze' and gradually build up .. It works ..
Behaviour modification can help anyone be it small child or grown up adult..
Do not forget to reward child with every advancement or improvement as reinforcement will further add up in improvement...

Mamma I am learning every day 🤔🌞, my brain cells are multiplying 💯.. So whether I strain during piss 💭 or if I produce sound while passing stool 🚽 I am learning ..
I am learning , how to pass urine 💦 while you are just lying down ..
I push gas 🌪 , I make my face red 👹 when I try to coordinate my small intestine with large ..
I am learning 💡 , I am learning 🤓🤓 Maa ..
NO ❌❌❌ medicine 💊 .. These medicines make me drowsy only .. Sometimes do more harm ..
Maa I am learning how to change my system when I wake up 🙄😌.. Often I am confused so I cry 😫 ..
Maa but I like White Noise ( shu oo..shuooo 😴💤 .. Sound ) it helps me to concentrate .. I do not cry ..
So Maa I am having best health 💪🏻 but I am learning .. My body is maturing 📈... Just wait
I will be used to your milieu as I complete my first 1⃣0⃣0⃣ days with you ⌛ ..

Puking is not uncommon in children 👶🏻👧🏻👦🏻 and mostly it is benign 🤔..
Children often puke during coughing 😤 . In fact it relieves them as they do not know how to clear thick mucus 😯😯 ..
They also puke or vomit, when they have mild pain in abdomen ☹..
Most commonly they puke under pressure 😑 like when they are not willing to go to school 🏢 or during examinations 📚📝..
Mother worries 🙍🏻 are two -fold as there is some thing serious or child has thrown up all the food 🍡🍜🌮 and now left empty stomach which 'll make him weak.😟.
We have enough reserve 💪, do not worry.
Always support him emotionally 🤗, he will feel a lot better 😎..

As intercurrent illness like vomitings 🌬 and Diarrhea 🚽 can make me weak...
Only recommended tonic is Vit D 🌞and sometimes iron 🚩also...

Vitamin-D... New Rambaan 😎😎
These days, there is lots of noise regarding Vitamin D. It's associated with almost every disease. 
Rickets is so far one disease which is treated with Vitamin D and Calcium. Clear cut benefit of vitamin D is evident. In other disorders it may be helping.
Excess of Vitamin D is harmful as it is a Fat soluble Vitamin. 
Other vitamin like B complex and Vitamin C are water soluble, extra amount passes through urine. But Vitamin D and Vitamin A are fat soluble, so extra doses build up in body and causes hypervitaminosis which is harmful.

Do not count ⏳on motions, as small blow- out is common with passage of gas...
If I am on mother's feeds, I will make more gas 🌪, more watery stool 🚽...
Do not compare me with any baby 👶🏻, who takes powder mil...
Mamma please do not use Top milk as I want to be disease free and I will have better IQ 💯...
Mamma please no bottle 🍼❌ feed even once as top milk will affect my immune system...Bada hoker bilkul Nahi pareshaan karunga...

Everyday I interact with many parents and listen to them carefully. But when it's my turn to tell them what's right for their child, there are only a few who are ready to accept my expertise and change their beliefs..
I always feel helpless, as I'm unable to convince them about right or wrong for their child...

Single Child, 'Only Child'.. Is this a criteria for seriousness...
Often parents are worried too much for his/her illnesses as they have a single child.
They are very sensitive to the symptomatology of disease. An only 
child is treated so differently by parents, even he feels more pain, more attention...💓
Is treatment different for single child even by Doctors ??
I do not think so...
