Why do young kids cry more in winter?
It's very common these days as parents cover baby in multiple layers to prevent them from catching cold.
Sometimes they cover so much that child becomes stiff or finds it difficult to even move.
Or room is heated too much with heaters and causes lots of dryness in airways. Dry air triggers cough in kids.
Or they have could have a nose block because of dried mucus and baby feels suffocated.
Other causes are over-feeding, under-feeding or fever or hypothermia.
Sometimes they feel thirsty, rarely it is pain in abdomen.
Please keep them comfortable, do not over-clothe them; maintain their temperature. Just common knowledge helps your little one sleep comfortably.
