It is unbelievably warm in March itself. 
It's just like summer in March, yet young children are coming with multiple layers of clothes at clinic. Most of them are coming for fever because of over-clothing, as young children do not have sweat as we do. It causes them fever.
Always remember, correct nursing is more important than medicine for our children.
