Disease pattern is changing...
With unpredictable changes in temperature, disease pattern has changed. On one side, we have increased number of Asthma and allergic rhinitis patients, other side more of bacterial infections like Typhoid, Pneumonia and liver abscesses (increase in pus forming bacteria because of hot weather)
Examination season is on, be careful.
1. Maintain hygiene - frequent hand washing and daily bathing...
2. Check your typhoid vaccination and pneumonia vaccination.
3. Do not eat STREET FOOD, use only home made fresh food.
4 . Drink more and more safe drinking water.
5. Sleep adequately.
6. Use Mosquito repellents...
7. If a child uses inhalers or nasal spray, do not stop . If inhalers get finish, immediately buy a new one.
Little complacency may cost your child a loss of grade or even a year.
