As children are suffering from cold, fever and vomitings often. There are not many medicines for them, you need to understand the label. E.g. Paracetamol is a time-tested good drug for fever as well as for pain. It is available with many names like Crocin, Babygesic, Fevago etc. You must also read quantity of medicine in milligrams as drops are concentrated liquid, needs to be given in drop by drop. Syrup are given in 'ml' which should be measured with a syringe.
It is not at all difficult once you start to look for it.
It is helpful both ways, means for you as well as for doctors.
